Jewelry Update

General Note on Delivery: I try to send out all orders the day after they are received. However, that is not always possible due to the fact that Things Happen and sometimes I'm out of town. Be assured that I will ship your order as promptly as possible. If there is an urgency to your order, please let me know in advance by email and make a note on the order form as well. I will do everything possible to meet your delivery needs. Thanks for your understanding.

Note on Out-of-Stock Items: Feel free to order out-of-stock items. It's the quickest way to get them. Your credit card will not be charged or your check will not be cashed until your item is ready to ship out to you. Likewise, if you choose to pay through PayPal, I won't send you a request for payment until the goodie you want is on hand again. Usually, such orders are filled and shipped the day after the merchandise comes back in stock.

  1. NOVEMBER 5, 2005: Sterling Lapel Pins, all gold items, Contast Medallions, in and out again. The stock of these items I ordered to last through Christmas have come and have already sold out — except for the Contrast Medallion. I do still expect more of those in by early December. It's highly unlikely we'll see any more of the other items until sometime January at the earliest. I much apologize but all the sales patterns from previous years have gone out the window and I just plain guessed wrong on these.

  2. NOVEMBER 5, 2005: Shipping and handling fees to increase. I've kept my S&H feels pretty steady through the last couple of price increases, but with the January postage rate hike, it's time to stop holding the line so tight. Basic S&H will probably go up by about 25¢. I'm not yet sure about the addtionals for Priority Mail, Express Mail and shipping outside the US. We're sure not talking big bucks, though.

  3. NOVEMBER 5, 2005: Small Original Bandstyle Rings may soon be discontinued. The molds from which these rings are made are nearlingthe end of their productive life. Which means that my silversmith, who created these rings, needs to have new molds made. That requires a certainly outlay of both cash and effort. From his sales of the things, he's not convinced it's worth it. If he does decide to discontinue, I may be able to get something similar produced by one of my other sources, but it won't be exactly the same and it prpobably won't happen soon. So if you have your heart set on one of these rings but have been putting it off, this is your fair warning.
  4. NOVEMBER 5, 2005:  Small signet rings are STILL sorta kinda in the works. The details are still on this page. As of yet, I don't have near enough pre-orders to move ahead, but the offer still holds.
